Engineering the
physical world.

I'm Nicolas, an Automotive and Vehicle Engineering Technology student at McMaster University. I work across sensing, mechanical design, electronics, and software to understand how systems behave—and make them work.

What a LiDAR scan
really tells you.

Comparing two rotary LiDARs on a mobile robot, from static target precision to the distortions that appear when the sensor—or the world—starts moving.

02 / A little about me

Curiosity across
disciplines.

I like the space where a mechanical problem becomes an electronics problem, and an experiment helps untangle both.

I'm completing my Bachelor of Technology in Automotive and Vehicle Engineering Technology at McMaster University, with graduation expected in December 2026.

I'm interested in R&D roles where I can keep working across robotics, automotive systems, and embedded controls.
